We have fixed thousands of HP DesignJet printers. We are excellent at it. Our two main engineers have, between them, clocked up over 40 years of time working on them. We also rent and sell new and refurbished printers.

We have an HP DesignJet 510 and originally contacted them as we had a 5:10 error, which we were told was a defective formatter card and which another company quoted over £600 for fix.
